It fit my situation to a 'T', I just bought the 64M flash memory key and could not get it to work on Win98. I think that Mass Storeage drivers should be the same for every pendrive NO ? AND it worked for my Win_98SE Dell machine. These are included in Windows® ME, Windows® 2000, Windows® XP® and Vista®.
Therefore, there is no guarantee that they will work with your device. But I suspect there might be more than one version of Memory Key and what works for one, may not work for another. So....... All of Google.
